WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY ABOUT US
“Bay Area Lending, hands down is the BEST MORTGAGE COMPANY! I have had multiple loans with them and they are so professional, super fast at funding and very knowledgeable with valuing all types of properties. They think outside of the box and offer creative lending when needed.
They helped me with a commercial property that no one else would touch.
I owe it to Bay Area Lending for turning a $400k investment into a 10M investment in just three years! They ROCK!!!”

“I’ve utilized the lending services on two occasions. Terms were easy to understand and precisely what they said at the time of closing. They were able to fund on time. This seems to be an issue with most asset based lenders. They also provide commitments within 24 hours. They crushed it!!”
